We’re nearly a quarter into the new year and things have been moving fast within the Star Swimming Academy.

It been an exciting start to the new year which has seen us expand in several areas.

Due to popular demand we have introduce several new products within our online shop that came be bought on line or via our learn to swim sessions at our Seascope Maritime Pool venue in Fazakerley in Liverpool.

Star Swimming Academy Branded Clothing

Back in the last quarter of 2021 we started selling SSA Branded Hoodies. These became a favourite of parents for Christmas presents and after consultation with parents across our learn to venues, we now have a range of onesies and bath towels to supplement the hoodies.

New AquaRapid Kids Swimming Goggles

We have partnered up with AquaRapid a cutting-edge Italian-based company that relies on entrepreneurship to create and develop products and collections designed to satisfy the needs of those approaching the water world as a moment of relaxation, wellness, training or top-level racing.

Another successful HKLUB – Children’s Activity Club

The week commencing the 14th February saw the Star Swimming Academy oversee another half term HKLUB. Will, Jenna, Peter and Owen of the Star Swimming Academy ensured that the children attending had a fantastic time, even though the weather tried to put a damper on the week.

The HKlub is a fully interactive holiday club for children to learn new skills and foster new friendships whilst being coached by our experienced professionals.

The HKlub run different activities suitable for all age groups (5-11 years old) and abilities, such as:

Archery Games
Golf Fun
Football Focus
Dodgeball
Paintball
Fun based Swimming Pool Activities
and More

The School Holiday Camp runs between 8:00am and 6:00pm during half term/school holiday periods and costs:

£30 per child, per day for Members of Hurlston Hall
£35 per child, per day for Non Members of Hurlston Hall

All the activities are managed by us, the Star Swimming Academy, so you will be assured that your child will be happy, engaged and will be looked after extremely well.

SwimFin Ambassador

Will Kildare, Founder and Director of the Star Swimming Academy has been named as a Swim Fin Ambassador.

SwimFin inspires imagination and play.When a child puts on a SwimFin, they immediately become more active, playing, building confidence, learning, experimenting and having FUN! SwimFin plays a psychological part in learning to swim, even before a lesson has started. Kids love the feeling of safety and security SwimFin gives them, while it motivates and encourages imagination and play.
