When Gift Vouchers are purchased the following conditions are applicable:

Gift voucher(s) are only good for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.

Any additional cost exceeding the value of this voucher will be paid by the redeemer.

Lessons booked with gift vouchers must be declared at the time of booking and the voucher(s) must be submitted when making payment.

Gift vouchers will be considered null and void without the Expiry Date and Authorized Signature; and other authentication signs or if tampered.

Gift voucher(s) will not be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.

Gift voucher(s) are valid only for tuition with Star Swimming Academy Ltd., subject to availability.

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Star Swimming Academy Ltd. is final.
