Throughout the Star Swimming Academy Ltd website, we use pictures of children and adults, this helps us to promote the high-quality services we offer. However, we will never publish anyone’s photo (adult or child) without asking for permission first. Furthermore, for child protection we do not identify any child by name or location.

All of our transactions are processed by Sagepay.Sage Pay (formerly Protx) is the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.

Return / Refund Policy
Cancellations within 14 days of booking can be refunded unless lessons have commenced.

After 14 days of purchase, no refunds are available. Any block of lessons that has started cannot be refunded.

24- hour cancellation policy – late cancellations are charged at the pro rata rate for an individual lesson.

All lessons must be completed within 3 months of booking your specific block of lessons, unless an extension is agreed in writing.
