During The Current Times Of Uncertainty, We Receive Amazing News That We Are So Proud Of!

Since our conception in 2005 as a learn to swim school that now provides swimming lessons across 10 venues in Liverpool, Manchester and Cheshire, we have always sought to be the best in the business for swimming lessons and learn to swim classes.

Our passion, dedication and experience in teaching children and adults to learn to swim is unprecedented. This has been highlighted more than ever over the last 3 years by the awards we have received for the hard work we do as a team of swimming instructors and a company as whole, including our back office team and management. These awards totaled 13 yesterday (more info about our previous awards can be found here). They were awarded to the Star Swimming Academy based on what we do best, against stiff competition and supported by votes from parents and other businesses across Merseyside and Manchester.

As we mentioned above, prior to today we had received 13 awards but this morning, we received a wonderful email formally advising the Star Swimming Academy, that we had been named as the winners of the ‘Swim School of the Year – North West England’ and the ‘Sport Coaching Business of the Year 2020’ in the SME UK Enterprise Northwest Awards. The UK Enterprise Awards are based on merit, not the number of votes received. The process for selecting winners is judged on the business’s excellence in the industry, the quality of their products and their dedication to customer service. These awards have literally blown us out of the water (pun intended)and we are so very proud of these achievements, as it proves that we are good at what we do in providing swimming lessons and learn to swim classes.

Over the last 15 years we have taught over 12,000 children and adults all all ages and abilities to learn to swim. Our approach is to provide swimming lessons in a unique, fun and caring way! Our students are not classed as clients or customers, we class and treat them and parents as friends and family! We have expanded from a couple of learn to swim sessions in Liverpool several days a week in our early days, to providing swimming lessons in 10 venues across Liverpool, Manchester and Cheshire 7 days weeks.

The feedback we receive from parents is unparalleled compared to the majority of other learn to swim schools in the Northwest. This is reflected in the constant stream of new students we have; and why they and others deem us as one of the best provider of swimming lessons in Liverpool, Manchester and Cheshire, supported by the awards and recognitions we have received over the last 3 years.

We cannot wait until we get back into the water with all our students, hopefully it will not be to long now, more so with the announcement by the Government this morning advising everyone that all schools will be fully opened in September, thus allowing us to utilise School Pools and hopefully our other pool venues.

We’ll leave it at that, it’s been a good day for us during difficult times but there is a light at the end of the tunnel for us all!
